Great. Now that we got THAT out of the way. Not only is Tash Sultana an inspiring look at what hard work and dedication can do for an indie artist willing to do it (she literally came up busking and playing her ass off at open mics), but she’s got insightful advice for musicians other indie :
“That was such an ignorant thing for me to think about myself… that everyone would like [my music] and what I do. Because I don’t enjoy everything. Or even every single day that I live. Or every single color that there is. I don’t enjoy that because we’re all different people — but there is a margin of people that will love what you’re doing.” – Tash Sultana
